Return Policy

Return Goods Policy Effective January 1, 2024


  • Restocking fees of 15% will be applied to all returned stock material (non-defective products).
  • Returns must be sent back in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for credit.
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Any claims of shortages must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Returns are not authorized for Hazmat products, chemicals, or adhesives, as well as special order items.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, Dynamic Stone Tools will issue a refund on shipping charges if a shipping error or product defect is confirmed.
  • Returns are limited to 15% of the total net purchases made in the previous 12 months.
